The housing association Brf Droskhästen 7 had two very specific problems. Problem 1: some neighbors weren't being careful when closing the door to the main entrance, letting trespassers in. Problem 2: someone was letting their dog loose in the shared backyard instead of taking it out on a walk, and they weren't cleaning up after it. After a few failed attempts to communicate with the residents, we were tasked with coming up with a message that would get through to people. The solution? A little bit of Swedish irony. By both softening the blow with some dry humor, and addressing the problems directly with a little bit of passive aggressiveness, we managed to decrease trespassing in the building and dog poop in the backyard significantly. Plus the dog got longer walks <3.

And yes, it did get torn down once. That picture is a mockup though.
